Refunds & Returns
You can return your merchandise within two weeks of delivery in its original package for a full refund or exchange to the address on the invoice. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Credit for the returned item is applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing credit card within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. As soon as we receive the merchandise, we will notify you via email.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please contact us as soon as possible to assist you with return on a damaged item. If defective or damaged all return shipping costs will be refunded to you along with the price of the merchandise unless exchanged for another item.
Your privacy is very important to us. The Cheeseboard Company will never provide or sell your personal information to other persons, companies or organizations. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us (i.e. process an order or answer a question).
If you signed up for our newsletter (and we certainly hope you do!), it is something that is sent out quarterly. We will not bombard you with emails.
